Musician and poet. Born in May 1989 in Yamaguchi City. Currently resides in Kyoto. Became deeply immersed in music in his early teens, while simultaneously exploring the world of words.

Tomoya Ougishiba
A singer-songwriter from Osaka Prefecture.
He began his career in 2018.
He offers a unique reinterpretation of contemporary folk music, which he calls "Soul Folk" and "Neo Folk," and continues to explore and create folk elements across all musical genres.
He has released five albums to date.
He fosters indigenous and creative exchanges both domestically and internationally, organizing his own events, launching the folk music collective "Shayō-ku" to stage performances, and conducting annual tours of Seoul and Busan, South Korea, starting in 2024.
