I’ve been practicing meditation for about eight years now, and as I’ve deepened my understanding of neuroscience, I’ve come to realize that meditation offers various benefits for creators as well.
I launched this event hoping to share that knowledge with you all and provide an opportunity to put it into practice.

This time, we’ll also be exploring “music meditation,” a research field that remains largely unexplored even in academic circles.

If you’re interested in starting meditation or have never tried it before, you’re more than welcome!
We’ll start with the basics. Please feel free to join us.

—————————————————————————————

Section 1
“Six Benefits of Meditation for Creatives”
The parts of the brain that can be strengthened through meditation are deeply connected to creativity.
I’ll explain the various effects meditation has on creators, incorporating a scientific perspective.

Section 2
“Practicing Mindfulness Meditation”
Participants will experience various forms of meditation, including breath awareness, body scan, eating meditation, and walking meditation.

Section 3
“Music Meditation”
Meditation using music is a research field still in its infancy.
This is an experimental program where participants will experience meditation accompanied by sounds produced by (mollfon).

Artists

(mollfon)

Producer/DJ.
Freely crossing genre boundaries—including electro house, breakbeats, UK garage, and ambient—to construct a unique musical universe. Drawing inspiration from majestic imagery such as snow-capped mountains, the sky, and vast natural landscapes, his sound combines grandeur with a delicate texture. In recent years, he has been working on sound design that transcends the senses of time and space, themed around the profound spiritual world attained through meditation.
Beginning in 2026, he will launch a video production initiative. His goal is to create immersive audiovisual experiences that are perceived as a single cohesive work through the perfect synchronization of sound and visuals.
